Shipping information

You must have a Hungarian shipping and billing address to start a purchase. 

When you put items in your shopping cart, you do not reserve it, so unfortunately, if you are searching ont he webshop for a long time, others may purchase the product of your choice. When you have completed your purchase, click on the "Cart" button. Here you can see the products and prices of your choice the total. You can still adjust the quantities and see if something is no longer available. You can also go back to select products.

It is important that the "Cart" keeps its contents for 5 days, after which the selected products will be automatically deleted.

If you are satisfied with the contents of the "Cart" you can proceed to the payment.

In the future, you can save time when shopping by storing your shipping and card information on our secure server. This way, you don't have to fill them every time.

We will keep you informed of your package so you can keep track of the status of your order. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirmation to the account you specified. You will also be notified when your package is under preparation and delivered.

Our current delivery partner is iLogistic Kft. - GLS courier service.

For orders over 18.000 HUF, we offer free home delivery. Promotions other than this may occur.

For orders below 18,000 HUF, delivery is 1499 HUF.

It is also possible to pick it up in person, the price is 800 HUF.

If you choose to receive it in person, you will be notified by SMS when you can receive your package.

Package point opening hours:

Weekdays: 12:00-19:00

Saturday: 10:00-15:00 

Sunday: closed

You can pick up the ordered package for 7 calendar days after placing the order during the opening hours of the package.

You can also choose FoxPost among the delivery options, which costs 999 HUF.

If you choose this option, it is important to select the address of the parcel point where you want to pick up your parcel.

The price of the COD payment option is 499 HUF in all cases.

If all products are in stock, the package will be delivered to the specified address within 1-4 working days after the order is finalized and paid for. If the product is not in stock, the expected delivery time can be 4-7 working days.

Notifications:

  • in stock: The product can be found in our warehouse, there are no obstacles to delivery.
  • 2-3 business days: The product is in stock and is expected to be available in 2-3 business days.
  • Out of stock: The product is out of stock and the purchase is more than 3 working days.
  • Pre-orderable: The product is out of stock but will be re-purchased. Expected arrival time: 1-8 weeks.

The order becomes sharp once the consideration for the products has been paid.

1. CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE

Please notify us via email at info@hanzashop.hu, providing your name, bank account details, and order number for the refund process.


If you change your mind and decide not to keep the ordered products, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from receiving the package. In this case, you are responsible for ensuring the undamaged return of the products to the following address:

It is crucial that, during the return, you take responsibility for any potential damages to the product. This means that you need to package and protect the returned item in accordance with shipping standards.


We recommend using the packaging materials sent by us (bubble wrap, filler) and placing it back into your own box. This way, you can ensure the product's safety on its return journey to us.

The refund will be processed within 5 business days from the arrival of the package.


2. DAMAGED/FAULTY PRODUCTS


Mistakes can happen, and we apologize in advance. If you notice any issues with the package within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving and unpacking it, we take responsibility. If you wish to raise a quality or quantity objection, you must report the issue to us in writing (via email) within this 3-day period; otherwise, we cannot guarantee a refund.


If a product's defect becomes apparent after opening, we can only accept a complaint if the manufacturing flaw is clearly identified during the first use. We cannot accept a complaint if it is evident that the product was further used despite the reported defect and/or if the problem arose from incorrect usage.


Please email us at info@hanzashop.hu, providing your name, bank account details, order number, and the reason for returning the product.

The courier service will contact you via email or phone, pick up the package, and initiate the return process.
